I had a rousing trip to the wellness center today. got signed up with a personal trainer and doing the whole deal. it’s time. it feels good to be on track with something.
I also signed up for a beginning physical conditioning class. I hope it doesn’t kill me. I just want to get in shape.

but I’m on my way. no worries. surprised at how motivated and on task I have been the past few days. that makes me feel good
I don’t know what I should do right now. The awkward time between meetings where there’s not enough time to do real things.
Oh well. Maybe a shopping trip to pick up some tag board.
